Statement
I have been fortunate enough to have a background in research which can be used to complement evidence based practice to the day to day work environment. i am currently active in Lakeland Hospital's Policys and Procedures Committee as well as the newly developed Infection Control Committee. I also have had experience and training with complementary therapies which has been of value to a wide variety of patients. My previous and ongoing work experience in the hospital has provided me with a variety of knowledge, a comfort with procedures and experience working with patients. As a previous and current athlete (basketball) I have learned the meaning of teamwork, cooperation, dedication, a strong work ethic and time management as I had to balanced studies and athletics. I am a competitive person and will always strive to be the best that I can at everything I do. My competitive nature is exemplified by my success on the court, classroom and now in the hospital as I continually seeks out new learning experiences. I look forward to meeting you in person so you may see how motivated I am to apply my talents to your program.
