About Dan Kunde
Dan is a very hard working
young man who really loves the game. He handles the ball very well
(he played point guard up until his sophomore year).
He takes advantage of his height and long vertical to make strong inside moves to
the basket, dominates the boards, and will dunk when the opportunity
arises. And
just to throw off the defense, he will go outside and drop some 3's.
He is a level headed, unselfish, smart basketball player. Dan worked
very hard year round; spending a lot of time in the
weight room and putting on muscle. He has increased his body
mass by 25lbs and grown 2 inches in height since last
season. Now 6'7" and getting stronger every day,
Off the court, Dan is a roll
model for youth in the community. He has worked with the Mini-Bees
basketball program for over 6 years. He has been active in his Church
Youth Group and Youth Leadership. At school he was the Junior Class
Treasurer, completed a shared time Athletic Training class at St.
Joseph High School, and is currently doing the Professional
Health Careers Academy... a consortium with Western Michigan
University , Lake Michigan College and Lakeland Hospital in St.
Joseph, Michigan.
